Nivetha R is a qualified Clinical Psychologist (MSc – Clinical Psychology) with approximately three years of hands-on experience working with children and families across multidisciplinary child development settings. Her clinical exposure spans developmental centres and child healthcare environments, where she has supported children with neurodevelopmental delays, behavioural concerns, emotional difficulties, and learning-related challenges. She has worked as a Consultant Psychologist and Behaviour Therapist at Threysol Child Developmental Center, Capaar Child Health Care Center, and Pragyan Child Development Centre. Through these roles, Nivetha has gained experience in assessment, intervention planning, and therapeutic support for children presenting with behavioural regulation issues, emotional concerns, and developmental needs. Nivetha follows an evidence-based and child-centred approach, drawing from behavioural therapy principles and clinical psychology frameworks. She is skilled in clinical interviewing, behavioural observation, and psychological assessment, and is familiar with the use of standardized screening tools for developmental and emotional concerns.
